Emergent transformer replacement

Objectives:

• Remove a faulty transformer from the substation
• Install a spare transformer

• Very tight timeline due to the emergent nature of work
• The job site located in a very remote area
• Limited access to the transformer pad

Accomplished tasks:

• Provided the customer with a plan of urgent replacement of a failed transformer with a spare unit
• Visited the job site to determine engineering solutions and finalize work plans
• Coordinated the project schedule
• Controlled the project budget
